For those who want to play a game with a more colorful design, this is a nice word-puzzle game Jumbline 2. It is similar to the Tetris games we used to have 20 years ago – however, here you have to build words. It is a great exercise to sharpen your mind by creating words out of jumbled lines of letters. Enjoy millions of the latest Android apps, games, music, movies, TV, books, magazines & more. Anytime, anywhere, across your devices.
Mobile game apps are a weird culture right now. Some refer to them as games and many others as mobile games. Some even call them game apps. We don’t judge. We already have a list for the best Android games and best free Android games. You can find links to those just below this paragraph. So what are we going to do with this list? It’s quite simple, really. We wanted to highlight some excellent games that simply wouldn’t work on any platform. All of these games take excellent advantage of things only phones have. No other gaming platform has a touch screen and an accelerometer as well as Bluetooth, GPS, and the ability to play in two different orientations. Some developers simply leverage these things better than others. Here are the best game apps for Android!

Halfbrick Studios games
Price: Free to play
Halfbrick Studios is a developer on Google Play. They have some of the most popular and fun mobile game apps out there. Their collection includes classics like Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride along with others like Dan the Man and Raskulls (in beta as of this writing). These games represent some of the most popular in their genre. Fruit Ninja is classic arcade and Jetpack Joyride is classic infinite runner. Dan the Man is a decent mobile runner/fighter as well. These games all have simple, quick mechanics and serve as excellent time killers. Their newest game, Booster Raiders, is still under construction but it looks like it’s going to fit right into Halfbrick’s lineup.
Monument Valley 1 and 2
Price: $3.99 and $4.99 respectively, with optional $1.99 DLC
Monument Valley is one of the most iconic mobile game app franchises. The first turned heads with its M.C. Escher style puzzles, simple mechanics, and fun graphics. The second continues that tradition. Both games feature the same basic game play. You twist and move levels around to open new paths. Both games are a little short, but that’s their only problem, really. Both are also single-pay games with no in-app purchases or advertisements. The first Monument Valley does have some DLC, though. The lead designer of these games also did Florence, an interesting slice-of-life game. Mekorama is another excellent mobile game in this genre. This one is also available to Google Play Pass subscribers for free.
Nintendo games
Price: Free to play / Varies
Nintendo hit the ground running in the mobile space in a big way. They have a few noteworthy mobile game titles. They include Fire Emblem Heroes, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, and Super Mario Run. Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem are freemium titles. Super Mario Run is a premium title with a $9.99 price tag. It’s a lot better than its lackluster rating would have you believe and it is definitely among the best mobile platformers available. Fire Emblem Heroes and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp are among the top in their respective genres as well. Dragalia Lost was launched in September 2018 as well and it’s pretty good. We’re legitimately excited to see what Nintendo does next on mobile.
Noodlecake Studios
Price: Free / Varies
Noodlecake Studios is a mobile game developer on Google Play. They have a ton of games. That includes fun puzzlers like Lumino City and FRAMED 1 and 2 along with shooters like Island Delta, arcade sports games like their Super Stickman Golf series and their Pumped: BMX series, and many others. Let’s not forget Alto’s Adventure and Alto’s Odyssey, their most popular games along with Farm Punks, the studio’s newest title. Noodecake Studios games are generally fairly interesting and unique, even among games in the same genre. We have their collection linked up at the button if you want to see their stuff. Pokemon Go and Harry Potter: Wizard’s Unite
Price: Free
Pokémon Go (and similar games) is a uniquely mobile game. It requires your GPS for in-game navigation, your camera for the capture sequences, and Bluetooth if you buy the optional accessory. You basically roam the real world to capture Pokémon, overtake Gyms, conduct raid battles with other trainers, and collect Poké Stops. This isn’t a game you can experience on any other platform aside from mobile unless you cheat the game a lot. There are also other game apps in the real-world AR genre, including Jurassic World Alive and The Walking Dead: Our World. Niantic also recently launched Harry Potter Wizard’s Unite, a game similar to Pokemon Go but set in the Harry Potter universe.

Rayark rhythm games
Price: Free / Varies
Rayark is a developer on Google Play with arguably the best rhythm games on any mobile device. Its collection includes Cytus, Cytus II, Sdorica, Deemo, Voez, and Mandora. The latest game is Cytus II. The games include smooth, colorful, and competently done rhythm game controls with catchy songs and plenty of free content. Many of them include permanent DLC as in-app purchases with more songs in case you run through the story line too quickly. Rayark is basically the whole rhythm genre on mobile with few good competitors. Rayark also released Soul of Eden, a mobile online combat game. It’s not a rhythm game but it’s still pretty good.
The Room series
Price: $1.99-$4.99 each
The Room was one of the first truly good mobile puzzle games. The Room: Old Sins, launched in 2018, showed us that the devleopers still had their chops. These are gorgeous games with fun puzzles, easy controls, and a little bit of the arcane. Most of the games include Google Play Games support, a bunch of puzzles, excellent graphics, and later installments include multiple endings. There are four games total in the series. They range from $1.99 for The Room to $4.99 for The Room: Old Sins. None of them have ads or any additional in-app purchases. The Room helped make mobile gaming better and it still does, even today.
Square Enix games
Price: Free / Varies / Free to play
Square Enix dove into the mobile landscape long before most of their competitors. They ported a bunch of their old console classics, but also launched a variety of made-for-mobile games that are truly outstanding. Some of the titles include Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, Heavenstrike Rivals, Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia (say that one three times fast), and many others. They also have a healthy number of game ports from other consoles, like most early Final Fantasy games as well as newer titles like Life is Strange. We also still really like Bethesda’s Fallout Shelter and Blizzard’s Hearthstone, despite their age.
Supercell games
Price: Free to play
Supercell is another developer of some very popular mobile game apps. Their titles include Clash Royale, Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, and Boom Beach. They have other titles, such as Brawl Stars, as well. These games are light, fluffy, simple, and addicting. Plus, you can play them for years if you have the patience for it. Clash of Clans and Boom Beach are kingdom builders with real-time strategy elements. Clash Royale is a card dueling game like Blizzard’s Hearthstone, and Brawl Stars is a mix between a fighter and a MOBA. They’re all freemium games and they all have tons of active players for multiplayer activities.
Zynga’s With Friends games
Price: Free to play
Zynga has a series of online multiplayer games with simple themes. They include Words With Friends (similar to Scrabble), Chess With Friends, Crosswords With Friends, and Draw Something (similar to charades). These games take classic board or party games. Most people know how to play these already. The mechanics are simple and games use turns and not real time. Thus, someone can send a move and you can get to it when you want instead of paying attention all of the time. They are freemium games, but they’re usually pretty fun.

Google is a company like no other. It’s not just about building useful web services, smart home devices, and developing an Assistant that brings all of this together. They go to great lengths to make sure their employees are happy and comfortable working with them. That's evident from all the hidden games that they have crafted over the years across a number of Google products like Search, Earth, Chrome, and more.
Let’s take a look at some of the best hidden Google games that you can play right now.
1. Dino Run (Chrome)
Most people who work online for a living don’t move away from their computer when there is no Internet connectivity available. Enter the T-Rex. One of the fiercest predators to walk Earth. Try opening any website in Chrome, and you will get the No internet error.
Now press on the ‘Space’ button on your keyboard to begin the game. T-Rex will continue to run and you can jump using the Space button to avoid obstacles.
How far have you run?
2. Tic Tac Toe (Search)
Ah, the number of hours I wasted playing this with friends. A classic game that might not go out of fashion ever.
Just search for the game ‘Tic Tac Toe’ in Google Search, and it will present you the board right inside Search. Knock on the next cubicle to start playing the game.
3. Pac-Man (Search)
![Ever Ever](https://modsforandroid.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Download-Bubble-Island-2-Pop-Shooter-Puzzle-Game.png)
Pac-Man ushered in the golden age of maze games in the late 80s and since then has become a social phenomenon of sorts. It even made an appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, a movie known for its pop culture references.
Just search for the game in Google Search, and it will present you a Doodle that you can play inside Search.

Will Game Pigeon Ever Be On Android Phone
Did you know Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs designed Atari Breakout? Learn how it inspired the former to build the Apple II computer. Anyways, to play this classic game, go to Google Image search and type the name.
The search results, images, will now rearrange themselves to create the popular game. You will use your mouse or arrow keys on the keyboard to control the bar. Your job is to prevent the ball from falling.
5. Zerg Rush (Search)
This is a cool game. The moment you search for the game in Google Search, you will see small balls falling from the sky that you have to eliminate with mouse-clicks. If they touch the search results, they will disappear.
In gaming lingo, the name means being bombarded by weak enemies who are difficult to defeat because of their sheer number.
6. Flight Simulator (Earth)
Google Earth is a powerful tool and a boon for people who love to travel and visit new places. Did you know you can also fly an F-16 and SR22 plane using the flight simulator feature in Earth?
Download Google Earth Pro using the link below and when it opens, press Ctrl+Alt+A to launch the simulator. Pick a location, and now you can fly to that place. Don’t crash it, though. Here is an in-depth guide. Note that the flight simulator only works on desktop.

Each new version of Android comes with a hidden game. Depending on what you have installed on your phone, you can play one of these games. Go to Settings and tap on the Android version repeatedly until you see the Android version logo. In my case, it is Oreo.
Now tap on this logo multiple times to reveal a hidden game. Oreo comes with a creepy looking octopus that you can control with your finger.

Flappy Bird was a runaway success and for a good reason. It was damn hard to play and highly addictive. Google has hidden a clone, Android Bird, deep inside the Android OS. You will need a launcher like Nova for that. Create an Activities Widget and select Marshmallow Land under System UI.
When the widget is placed on the homescreen, tap on it to launch the game.
9. Text Adventure (Search)
There is a game hidden in Google Search called Text Adventure, where you have to find alphabets. Type Text Adventure in Search and when the results load, press Ctrl+Shift+J to reveal a hidden menu.
If you want to play the game, type ‘yes’ and hit Enter. You will then receive clues as to where you (Big Blue of Google logo) can find your friends (remaining letters of the word Google) red o, yellow o, blue g, green l, and red e. Go hunt them.
10. Google Gravity
Newton changed the world forever when he discovered gravity one. Google wanted to pay respect, and created a game. Weirdos. Type Google Gravity in the search bar and click I’m Feeling Lucky.
Every single element on the page will break down and fall as if gravity was pulling it down. You can now play around with these blocks. Note that links are still clickable and you can still use the search.
11. Google Clouds (Android)
Google Clouds is a game that is hidden inside the Google app on your Android. Open the app. Put your phone in Airplane mode. Now search for anything.
You will now see search results with a round icon with a cloud man waving cheerfully at you. Tap on it to launch the game. It was designed to engage people while they're traveling without an active Internet connection.

12. Google Assistant
Google’s smart AI-powered Assistant is not just there to help you take notes and create to-do lists. You can also play games, and there are quite a few to choose from.
Just search for ‘play game,’ and you will be presented with a list of options. There are some classics like Stone Paper Scissors, word-based games, and quizzes among others. Try them out.
Game On
There are too many hidden games in various Google products to list them all here. Google Assistant alone offers over 20 games to play. The fact that the developers are going to such lengths to insert these trivia inside their products says a lot about the kind of work environment they have built over the years.
